About the Chef Asier Garcia

Asier was born and Raised in the Basque Country, studied culinary arts and trained with Michelin awarded Chef Martin Berasategui. His curiosity led him to every corner of the Basque Country, from the northern city of Biarritz to the mountain town of Morga, the coastal port of Lekeitio and the capital Bilbao. Asier moved to America and worked at some of the best restaurants in Boise. Now as the Chef of Basque Restaurant “Leku Ona”, he is ready to showcase the best of the Basque culinary repertoire.
